You can send one or more files to other contacts/friends that use Y!Caddy. Yahoo Messenger and there even away to send files to people using other 3rd Party Chat Clients.

Sending Files to other Y!Caddy or Yahoo! Messenger Users

• First start up a IM/PM with the person you wish to send the file to.
• Send a message to that user to enable the bar that has the attach file button on it.
• Click on the button.
• Browse for the file you wish to send and double click on it to send it.

You now sent the file it now down to the person you are sending the file to, to accept it once they do you will get a transfer window that looks like this:

Sending Files to users who are using other 3rd Party Chat Clients

In the lower right of the chat screen click on the box that says Drag Here it looks like this and browse for the file you wish to send and double click on it and the File Transfer Manager window will show up and it will start transferring once done it will display a link like the this:

Right click on the link and choose Copy Y!Caddy Link then you can simply paste it into the IM/PM or post it into chat and people will be able to get the file you uploaded.
