Some people are having issues with getting Yahoo! voice chat to connect this seems to be a issue with the vc.yahoo.com relay server but not to worry we have you covered!
Yahoo! Messenger Voice Fix - Download and Install and click on fix and your voice should work again.
3rd Party Chat Client users simply change the voice server on the login screen to fix voice.
